Eurex Micro Futures are at least ten times smaller than the regular products, five times smaller than the mini product, giving trading participants, which reflect a variety of trading needs, the opportunity to hedge and gain exposure to the European benchmark indexes with low contract values.

Eurex Micro Exchange-traded Futures contracts are available to trade starting EUREX Market Open: April 19, 2021 - 1am Chicago (CST)

EUREX trading on both Micro-DAX and Micro-EURO STOXX 50 has been ENABLED.

Micro Futures on DAX^®, EURO STOXX 50^® differ from the existing benchmark index futures in terms of contract size only. The value of one index points is 1 euro for Micro Futures on the DAX^® and EURO STOXX 50^® indices.

In general, contract specifications for the new futures are in line with the existing contracts, also in terms of trading hours and trading calendar, last trading day, settlement and determination of the daily and final settlement prices. Please note that the minimum price movement (tick) for Micro-Futures on the EURO STOXX 50^® index will already be 0.5 index points
